School council is a line of communication between pupils and staff, set up to improve the running of the school. It is made up of 2 children from each year group, Mr. Bullock, Mrs. Parr and Mrs Stafford.
We meet every 2-3 weeks to discuss school issues, including any requests for equipment/ resources and reporting any problems. If you have any concerns you would like school council to raise you need to talk to your class representatives who will pass them on.
We talk about general problems such as maintenance, and have now had mirrors put into all the toilets. We also talk about confidential issues such as bullying, and discuss ways we can help children feel safe and happy at school.
