Forms for Return
*Confirmed intake for September 2025 - Dear Parents/Carers, please complete the following forms and return them to the school office via e-mail office@fordham.cambs.sch.uk . If you require hard copies or would like any assistance in completing the forms please give the school office a call.

School Attendance
Attendance is an extremely important factor to school and helps children develop a feel for the rhythm of the week. It helps to build secure relationships and self-esteem. Under-achievement is often linked to school attendance and staff plan every session to develop and help young people thrive. For further information please see our attendance letter and school term-dates.
Lunchtime
All of Key Stage 1 are entitled to universal school meals provided by Lunchtime Co. - please see our exemplar menus below.
If you would prefer to send a packed lunch please take a look at our healthy eating leaflet before you pack up.
