British Values

On Friday, some of our children got to debate what it is to be British.  They looked at the poem 'The British' by Benjamin Zephaniah and discussed how we are a multicultural nation and welcoming of others.

One class even got to stand as candidates in a mock election.  After performing their rabble-rousing speeches, children voted on the most persuasive candidate for their next prime minister!
