Olympic Legacy
After the 2012 London Olympics, the Government committed funding to every school in order to enhance sports provision and increased competition. Schools have to report on how they have allocated the funding and review the impact that it has had. Therefore, please find our Sports Premium reports below:
Please note that these reports run from April to April but the funding we receive is in September and then in April. Therefore, our budgets for this run September to September.
We now have to report on the number of children reaching their 25m in Year 6. Unfortunately, due to the global pandemic, we have been unable to assess the swimming standards for the last two years due to school and pool closures. We are currently looking into lessons for both our Year 5 and Year 6 cohort to meet this provision for our children.
