Pecuniary Interests
At each Full Governing Body meeting, governors are asked if they have any pecuniary interests. This is defined as:
A governor must avoid using his/her position as a governor for
personal gain or the gain of other outside parties.
Under KSCIE 2020 Part 4: , certain categories of school are required to undertake 'a section 128 direction' (prohibited check). Although we do not fall into one of these categories, we take safeguarding seriously and have checked this order against all governors and staff on the leadership team. We do not have anyone registered on this exclusion list.
